• • Add your departure and return dates to generate a tailored checklist.
• • Track required documents in the Document Vault and mark them as pending or verified.
• • Use the Offline Pack export to save a PDF of your checklist, due dates, and authority links.

Authority links and fees

Government fees and forms are handled directly on the official authority website. JetSet Pets provides the link and tracks your payment status so you stay organized. If a link is broken, tap “Report broken link” inside the app to notify us.

Service animals

Service animal rules vary by country and airline. Check the Service Animal Guidance section in the app for country-specific recognition, cabin access, and required documents. Always confirm the latest rules with your carrier before booking.

Offline use

After your first visit, the app caches its core content and your saved checklist so you can view it without a connection. External authority portals and payment sites require an internet connection.
